fridge repair for trade?

I am a chef turned stay at home dad who loves to cook. My most recent focus has been in the area of butchering charcuterie, sausage making, and BBQ. Recently I have come I to possession of a commercial reach in refrigerator. I believe that it needs a replacement condensing unit if which I have found a replacement.

What I am looking for is someone who can assist me with doing this work. In exchange I’m willing to offer cooking lessons, bacon, or I’ll even cater a backyard BBQ for you! I am on a budget and the parts aren’t cheap so I would hope we can barter an acceptable trade.

This fridge will become my curing chamber. This will allow me to produce wonderful cured meats such as proscuitto, capicola, coppa, lardo, various salumis, the possibilities are endless!

This isn’t work that needs to be done ‘right away’ and can be worked on when it’s most convenient for you! Of course you would also be invited to the proscuitto tasting party I’ll have since it takes a whole year to produce such wonderful meat!
