We’re a family of four, soon to be five, with two cats looking for a 3 bd house in West Seattle for a yearly lease for anytime starting May to August availability. We are friendly, quiet, clean, non-smokers and have excellent rental history and references. We have made great connections to this community and would be sad to leave! I saw a cute house a couple of days ago with a FOR RENT sign on 32nd SW, between SW Trenton and SW Henderson, near Westwood Village and the SW Library. Very Walkable to amenities and buses. I’m pretty sure it was 32nd–if you don’t see it, check 34th. I have no idea what the rent is, though.
