Experienced Barista / Counter Lead
Pay Rate: $21.50/hr + tips
What you’ll do:
– Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
– Make and serve specialty ice cream
– Pour and serve draft beer and wine by the glass
– Process transactions at the register
– Make house made items, such as coffee syrups and cold brew, as needed
– Input items into inventory and restock shelves
– Greet and build relationships with customers
– Close the store, including closing the espresso machine, cleaning, and reconciling the register
– Supervise counter support role during closing shifts
– Follow guidelines regarding cleanliness and safety
– Support the store with other side work as needed during your shift
Please reach out if you:
– Have 2+ years work experience as a barista
– Are dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
– Are available to work weekends and evenings
– Can contribute to a positive and respectful work environment
– Are 21 years of age or older
