Duct Cleaning?

Has anyone has their ducts cleaned? I received a coupon for duct cleaning and they claim that having them clean (essentially suck out) the ducts will improve air quality in the house. Sounds good, but wondering if it is worth the $100.

We just had our ducts cleaned by Ballard Natural Gas. Our duct cleaning cost more than $100 bucks, and we even got a discount for buying our furnance through them. I would say my allergies have been better since they were cleaned. I was shocked by how much junk came out of them. We actually just had a air purifier put in also, so that has significantly helped too.
