Job duties for this position include, but are not limited to:
• Assist customers at checkout and over the phone with sales, returns and other transactions. Keep the service quick, easy and fun by listening to customer needs.
• Accurately ring transactions up by scanning and itemizing items and totaling customers’ purchases. Accept customer payments and provide change as needed. Balance cash drawer at the end of your shift.
• Build relationships with customers by telling them about upcoming events, True Value rewards, and gift cards.
