Foster a service dog in professional training!
As a foster, you’ll be giving a dog in training a loving home while they embark on their journey to become a service dog. All dogs in professional training are over 1.5 years old. Food, medical care, and resources are supplied to you as the foster.

Unique to the Puget Sound Field Office, dogs in professional training will be fostered by volunteers, giving them a safe home, love and exercise, and transporting them to and from the facility for training each day during the week.

We will require daily drop off/pick up to Canine Companions at 2454 Occidental Ave 3b, Seattle or shuttle pick up from the West Seattle YMCA, Monday-Thursday from 8:20-8:45 a.m. & 3:20-3:45 p.m.
