The next Puget Sound Blood Center blood mobile is scheduled for Jan 10th from 9-3pm, closed 11-12 for lunch, in Westwood Village. Last time it was parked between Barnes and Noble and Pier 1. If we get enough interest, we can call and schedule our own blood drive. I am terribly afraid of needles, but have always wanted to donate. In May, I finally worked up the courage to donate, and would like to happily report that the tech that took my blood was extremely good at his job. I would donate again, as I am type O, the “universal donor.” My blood is always needed.
