Anyone know what kind of small ship is out in the South Sound north of Three Tree Point, south of Seola Beach (a little bit) and has been all day? Huge bulbish thing (probably radar) and an arm that keeps lowering into the Sound. Just curious if anyone knows what it is and what it is doing.
