Job Description: In the role of Administrative Assistant, we are looking for the person that will help administrative and office support activities for the team. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, data entry, light travel coordination and filing. Extensive MS Office proficiency is required, as well as Internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
What we expect:
− 2 years MS Office experience
− Primary phone coverage (first to answer all incoming calls)
− Prepare and mail all US/UPS/Fed Ex packages.
− Sort and distribute incoming mail
− Filing of both general and administrative materials
− Assist with bookkeeping/accounting functions as appropriate
− Membership, conference, and other databases
− Administration and promotion of specific projects, as required
− Perform other duties as assigned
