Please be able to follow detailed instructions – Many of our clients have special needs and requests. It is imperative that you follow all client requirements to ensure the safety and well being of their dog. We also encourage self starters and problem solvers.
Communication – With any pet services job, you are going to have questions, concerns or complications at some point. We work as part of a team. It is important that you know when to ask questions and when to call for help. We use the SLACK app on our phones and will train you to use it on the job.
Honesty – Above all else, we need all members of our team to be honest. If you do not have empathy or honesty, this is not the role or team for you.
Qualifications and Skills
Transportation Requirement – You must have a valid driver’s license, insured/reliable vehicle and a smart phone with a data plan.
Active Position- Dog walking is a very active job. You must be able to walk several hours each day as well as have the capability to lift 50lbs. You will be moving continuously throughout the work day but it is a fun active pace and should not be too strenuous.
Knowledge of Dogs – Some history or experience with pet care (professional or volunteer) is preferred but not required. All dog walkers go through a paid orientation / training process which will help prepare you to work independently.

Summary:

Topic: Painted Stone Etiquette
Monday I saw a skipping stone painted blue nestled in a log at Lincoln Park and my second thought was to pick it up and take it home. My first thought was how joyful the little glint of color made me feel. My first thought won and I left it alone. Today I passed by the same spot and the little stone is gone. I was a little sad, but imagined a child picking it up and enjoying it. Maybe paint their own stones and spread them around West Seattle.
Do people place the stones for other to collect or place them to add color to the neighborhoods?From the first conversation I had with Mariah over the phone to the 2 times that Edward has been out to the house our experience has been excellent. We have had an ongoing ant issue for a couple of years finally fed up I called Rambo after a recommendation on the Blog. Mariah took the time to explain the service and pricing and scheduled our first service which was within a few days. Edward came out and thoroughly explained what he was doing and what to expect. Fast forward 2 weeks later he came out today for a follow up visit (no extra charge) to touch up and check in. Ants are all but gone we have only seen a couple in the last week. I couldn’t be happier. We decided to sign up for the quarterly service for maintenance because I have heard of so many in our neighborhood having issues with ants that I want to preventively keep them away but in no way did Mariah or Edward put any pressure on us to continue service.

We’re looking for a trustworthy and reliable Dispatch/CSR Manger to add to the team. Salary will be very competitive and will be based on prior experience. Full medical, dental, and vision after full time hours are established. Plus a full retirement program for all employees. Driver’s license, drug test, and background checks are required.THE SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday our office is open 7am-8pm
Saturday: Approx. 8am-8pm
Sundays: Approx. 8am-8pmWe need someone who has a very flexible schedule.
REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST have prior dispatching and scheduling experience
• MUST have steady and long term job history
• MUST have strong ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Exercise good judgment with clients
• Self-Motivated
• Detail oriented
• QuickBooks and/or ServiceTitan Experience would be beneficialDUTIES:
• Dispatching
• Scheduling
• Answering Multi Phone Lines and provide excellent customer service
• Calculating Payroll Hours
• Invoicing and Deposits
• Running Credit Cards
• Opening and/or Closing Office
• General office duties – filing, copying, etc.
• This position will also provide administrative and personal assistant support to the owners and other managers
• A/P assistance
