    Summary:

    The Production Associate role is responsible for daily shipping and receiving of product and customer orders, supporting order fulfillment, returns handling and any other duties as assigned within an office/warehouse environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of a contract extension or to become a permanent role. This role reports to the Seattle office Operations Manager.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Handling of incoming and outgoing freight as required.
    Complete order shipping utilizing 3rd-party shipping systems.
    Preparation of inventory, shipping supplies, marketing collateral as required
    Handle customer returns, RMA processing, device testing and restocking requirements.
    Ensuring products/services pass through documented quality control process.
    Perform QA testing and inspection of satellite equipment for basic functionality as required
    Address order shipping exceptions and special requests on a day-to-day basis.
    Communicate trends and issues to Manager
    Other duties/tasks as required

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Possesses an eye for detail and accuracy
    Able to work with minimal supervision and cohesively across all company teams
    Ability to manage conflicting requirements in a time sensitive environment
    Excellent problem assessment and problem-solving skills
    Excellent time management and organizational skills
    Positive Team Spirit, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
    Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, use of freight handling trolly’s and carts
    Ability to work while standing for long periods of time, squat and climb ladders
    Adaptive to a seasonal but extremely busy operations environment during peak months
