No, self-important people that can’t control their anger cause road rage.
Sometimes these unstable people act out their road rage no matter whether other drivers follow an “artificially low speed” limits, or are going 5 m.p.h. or more over. Because, these other drivers are impeding them, and the road ragers are more important than every other driver on the road, and feel they should be in front of everybody else.
So, do we abolish speed limits all together, and let the road ragers go 90 up and down Admiral, with no fear of getting a speeding ticket?
Or, do we as SPD to step up enforcement even more, in these tight budget times when they are thinly spread, (although I personally don’t think having SPD enforcing speed, red light, yielding to peds laws, is a waste of their time), and come down even more harshly on those Admiral Way speeders?
Maybe those prone to road rage should seek help for their anger issues.
Aw, dang! Now I’m beating this dead horse big time. JoB, I think we need to start us a 12-step group ;-)
