I don’t know what UCC is but I do know that Sylvan used to have a satellite center at a local church in the Admiral District. It closed late last year and the main location is now in Burien. When Sylvan closed we found a math tutor on the West Seattle Blog. He comes to our house (so much easier), he’s dependable and less expensive than Sylvan plus he stays in touch with local teachers and monitors student progress (with parental permission of course).
