I don’t always eat mac ‘n’ cheese, but when I do, I prefer West 5. Stay hungry, my friends.
P.S. I tried the mac ‘n’ cheese from a well-known place at the Pike Place Market the other day. It was awful. Even though it was freshly made, the sauce was thin and runny, the cheese too salty, the macaroni overcooked.
