Sue, we had no problems scheduling appointments, or with payments when switching four of us over to Dr. Kae. In fact they were great about scheduling around work/school schedules. As for proactive work – my husband’s last dentist kept trying to talk him into crowns to replace a few fillings/teeth that looked “iffy”. My husband wasn’t having any problems with those molars so he resisted. When Dr Kae looked at his fillings (and the x-ray) he said they were all solid and his teeth were in good shape and crowns were not needed.
