since I am such an evil girl, I have a few evil suggestions.
* obviously, post it in the bathroom of the crappiest bar you can find. Might I suggest the 5Point? Both men’s and women’s bathrooms should do the trick. Do this at as many bars as you can, but only if they already have graffiti on the walls – don’t sully a pristine wall!
* Craigslist. Rants and Raves section. Post the number and say you want as many strangers to call your friend to wish him a Happy Birthday! Request texts as well.
how anyone thinks they can get away with prank calls these days is just beyond me.
