Just want to update this matter and chime in soundly on Hegge Chevron at 35th and Holden. Randy is indeed very honest and knowledgeable (@ 48 yrs., he’s been doing it since he was 15 yrs. old!)
I drove my ’91 Toyota in w/ no appt. yesterday and he swiftly diagnosed the problem (a “marginal” battery, definitively ruling out a faulty alternator, etc.) – dropped a new one in lickity-split, tested for any stray drain on the entire electrical system, and only charged me $30 labor.
