I recently attended a lecture about homelessness in Seattle given by Bill Block, project director for the committee to end homelessness. He talked about the Ten-Year Plan, which is a plan to basically have housing options for everyone by 2015. I’m not sure how realistic it is, but at least there are people out there working on it. Just curious to hear if anyone has any thoughts about it…
