I haven’t dined in, but gotten dinner to go a couple of times. The food is very simply prepared. Lamb skewers tender and cooked to perfection, a fairly plain pilaf, and decent dolmas/dolmades. I’ve never seen more than 2-3 tables occupied when I’ve been in there.
I’ve wondered if Kokoras has taken any business away from Ephesus – I know I’m inclined to go to Kokoras simply because it’s cheaper as well as heavier on the seasonings, although, as I already mentioned, Ephesus wins hands-down on the lamb skewers.
