Hmmmm… rats! I just went from Qwest to Comcast precisely because Qwest would not fix a problem I have had for years with them… I just tolerated it because, mostly, my traditional business phone is forwarded to my cell phone 24/7. Then, it went dead. If it had not been forwarded, my business line would have been dead for hours or days, while the send someone out to find out what is wrong and charge you $95 if what is wrong is interior and not exterior. In other words, roll the dice on the $95 bet.

I said no way, I’m switching to Comcast. My wife had had Comcast for over a year without a single glitch. I am hoping for the same. So, I don’t know how to help you on this. We haven’t had any Comcast problems at all for years.
