I’m 35. So not old but at the same time not young.

The wife and I are active as you could see on my website http://www.twowheelsandotherthings.com. I race for a local Seattle Cycling team and my wife raced as well. Years of cycling, running, U frisbee, hiking, swimming, golf, sailing, Snowshoeing and others has taught me a few things…

1 – Don’t waste time or money in a gym.

2 – Exercise IS fun and can be done at all times of the day

3 – Eat when you are hungry

4 – Eat GOOD FOOD

5 – Florescent lighting sucks your soul

Don’t ever con yourself into exercising. Do it because it’s fun.

JoB – Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is mainly caused by poor diet and lack of movement. HFCS reeks havoc on peoples system and is the leading cause of CFS and child obesity. It is VERY easy to cut HFCS out of ones diet. you will feel better almost immediately!!! :)
