Yes, they are pot plants and are being left on the hood of a car in my neighborhood. Oddly enough they are not in ‘pots’ anymore just root balls. My understanding( from one of the local teens) is that they are male plants and worthless. It is still pretty freakin weird to come out in the morning and see one on a car.
