The event is on 10/20, 6-8 pm at my real estate office Compass, located in the Alaska junction. 4531 California Ave SW.

The purpose of the event is to appeal to people who are rethinking rent and like to know more about their abilities for home ownership. There will be an escrow office, title rep & mortgage broker & myself there to educate people on the buying process. With the rent rate raising and interest rates going up, many people are confused to what is the right thing to do. We will be serving light snacks & a spirit.
