Lake Washington Physical Therapy Sports Med Talk at 6 pm: Mark Bouma of Lake Washington Physical Therapy-West Seattle will be onsite to talk about Cadence for Runners! This is a topic you want to learn more about and it leads to injury prevention!

We will run after. Hoka will be onsite to demo shoes and we will head to Good Society afterward: HOKA contacted us to set up a shoe demo for you! We are so excited to have these things come back and feel like we might be a little closer to life before the pandemic used to be for the shop. Come for our regularly scheduled Wednesday group run and you can try on a pair of Hokas; what an incredible opportunity to try during a run. Hoka is a unique brand, so you need to feel it to get a sense. Everyone who tries a pair (even if it is just for a lap at the track) gets some freebies. We will head to Good Society afterward and HOKA is buying the first round!
