Join us to find out more about our iconic Get Fit West Seattle training program. This is a general training plan for beginner runners. This is a way to get introduced to the sport. To that end, it is a free program with minimal coaching but all the necessary education to get there safely. If you need something more intensive, we recommend coaching from: www.p3running.com.
We will provide you with a training program that runs from January to June when you will toe the line at a half marathon! We will provide a Run 101 Clinic and Injury Prevention Clinic early on in the program.
Group Runs will take place on Wednesdays at 6:15 pm and Saturdays at 8 am. The races we will train for are Lake Wilderness Half, RocknRoll half or North Olympic Discovery Half, all taking place on the first weekend in June 2020.
