What: The 13th Annual Gimme Shelter concert to benefit DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center)
When: 7-8:30 pm Oct. 27
Who: Billy Joe Huels and the Dusty 45s, playing an exhilarating mix of surf guitar, brass, rockabilly, jazz, rock, old country, rhythm and blues and honky tonk
Why: All funds raised at this event will go toward training and DESC staff development, as we work to make an impact in the lives of our clients who are experiencing homelessness or who are in emergency or permanent supportive housing.
Where: from the comfort of your home
How: The concert was pre-recorded at the Tractor Tavern, and will take place virtually (over Zoom).
