The Delridge Grocery Co-op has a special (and tasty!) in-store pop-up happening this Saturday (Feb. 10) when Ojaswe visits with their savory South Asian pancakes called Chilla.
Made primarily from chickpeas or lentils, Chilla is a type of pancake or crepe from the Indian subcontinent (particularly served in the Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan regions) that is often served for breakfast or a snack.
Vegan, gluten-free, and endlessly customizable, Ojaswe’s Chilla is made from regeneratively grown chickpea flour and packed with 10 grams of protein per serving. Super easy to make, enjoy them on their own or add veggies to the batter for a quick meal.
Visit the DGC on Saturday between 9:30 and 12:30 and sample Ojaswe’s Chilla and pick up a mix — available in regular and spicy!
