The story follows Captain Zip Turbine, a freelancer just trying to keep her ship in the sky. After a string of bad jobs, any offer that pays looks good. With her trusted companion Tom, a 5-foot-tall talking shrimp, Zip must race to retrieve an asset from Kedasi, an abandoned theme park asteroid.
