Hoping your traditional what is open on Christmas will be posted.  While a minority there is a subset that don’t celebrate Christmas.  Hoping there might be a few eateries might be open

We are calling around today, in fact.

Does the school zone enforcement usually remain in effect during winter break? I was disappointed to see the flashing lights this morning at STEM.

Yes,  but they left them on too try and keep the speed down on delridge. Unbelievable how fast people drive on delridge these days.

Is it really so bad to slow down for a bit in a residential area even if there aren’t kids going to and from school?

      • CarDriver December 18, 2023 (1:11 pm)

FOOP;Others. The MAJORITY of speeders in a neighborhood are people who live in the neighborhood. Your best bet for slowing people down is to visit your neighbors and ask them to. Don’t be surprised if someone knocks on your door…..

That would be funny and dangerous too. Metro busses are really bad too. Try to pace them sometime, they fly up and down delridge.

It’s not unreasonable to want to go 25 on Delridge and avoid a backup when school isn’t in session.

FOOP – not at all.  No excuse for high speeds on residential streets, even if they are arterials.  Slow down and enjoy life!

Sorry, comment time is over.
