4:09 PM: Thanks to Sam for the report that Sylvan has reopened in both directions. We’re checking with SFD regarding injuries.
Drove by right after it happened. Looks like single guy drifted into car w young people. He was on the ground and youngsters pretty shakened up.
I thought I saw someone laying on the ground when I turned into the neighborhood. I hope everyone is okay….it looked like the person on the ground was covered with a jacket or blanket. It was quite concerning.
SFD has yet to reply to my request from yesterday for patient condition, but I do know nobody died – sometimes people see someone covered with an emergency blanket (which can look like a tarp) and assume the worst.
