Serious blocking accident at HP Way and Holden. Uphill traffic must turn right to Holden. 9th is blocked. One car missing front end other car is on top of center curb. SFD SPD on scene.
For bikers who go down Admiral toward the bridge, then take the SW Manning little jog to get down to Avalon – the construction has closed SW Manning St. So to access the bike path on Avalon, you need to go on the sidewalk that parallels SW Manning then either dismount and go down a few stairs or slip onto SW Manning and detour around some barricades.
