BIZNOTE: Brass Knuckle Bistro sets the opening date

Almost six months ago, we told you about a West Seattle family’s plan to open Brass Knuckle Bistro in the former 3.14 Bakery space on the north end of downtown White Center (9602 16th SW). Now they’ve announced that March 6th will be the opening date. BKB will focus on sandwiches – see the menu online. (Thanks to Gill for the tip!)

I’m excited to see additional quality restaurants opening in White Center. With Proletariat, Beer Star, and the awesome taco trucks it is becoming an easy and family-friendly dining destination. We will definitely check out BKB.

This place sounds great, but I wish they were opening closer to West Seattle.  White Center is out of my dining range.

Brass Knuckle? Do you have to fight your way in and out?

Sorry, comment time is over.
