  Yeah,looks like a baldy. The white will be coming in fairly soon.

  Our resident eagles, Romero and Juliet, that have a aerie on the hill across from Salty’s had two babies this spring.
  Maybe it’s one of them.

  There’s at least one aerie in Lincoln Park with a mating pair again this year.
