Beachfront bites

The Stranger features Alki food. No mention, though, of Coyotes on Alki, on its 1-year anniversary.

Mmmm. All good suggestions. But they left out two of my other Alki faves – Phoenecia and Bamboo Grill. Very different styles but hey, my food moods vary!

I can only speak based on the experience of one unpleasant Sunday afternoon last Fall but Coyotes seemed to feature some seriously gross food and amazingly grimy surfaces.

The staff was really friendly though so when we noticed the service seeming slow we just chalked it up to the floors being sticky…

Actually, Pegasus is one of the better places down on Alki. Their caesar salad is pretty killer. Of course, the pizza is very good also.

I can tell you why Coyote wasn’t mentioned. Uninspired Tex Mex and very very bad service…except if you’re there for tequila at happy hour. I’m not going back.

Every time I go to Coyotes the food is pretty bad and service even worse. I’m done trying to go there.

Sorry, comment time is over.
