    Member of the IT Department. Responsible for creating a training program for all branches to train new/current employees on the specific database system. Created a training book and class with ability to use the actual system in trainings.

    YMCA West Seattle Branch 1991-1999
    Membership Coordinator: Responsible for approximately 18 +/- staff of various levels. Those levels included part-time employees of as few as 2 hours per week up to 20 per week, and front desk membership as well as locker/towel distribution.
