Found this little girl at about 100th and 13th Ave SW. No collar or chip. Very matted and seemed like she had been on her own a while but sweet and mellow. Took to Emerald City Emergency to be transferred to SAC tomorrow,
Jeff…share this WSB link with the FB people because it sure does look like it could be the same dog. I would but I don’t have a FB account and do not want one.
Maybe someone took the dog from where it was last seen and then just dropped him/her off in the Top Hat area???
