Today I found the remains of a small black dog, similar to a chihuahua near the railroad tracks on W Marginal Way SW near the entrance to t̓uʔəlaltxʷ (toolalt) Village Park and Shoreline Habitat Terminal (formerly Terminal 105 Park).
Looks like it had been there for a week or more. Sad sight. Didn’t notice a collar.
Poor little one. Thank you for posting. Please report to Seattle animal control, so they can scan and transport to the shelter.
