Should I wait to sell my West Seattle condo until after the bridge is functioning again, or do it now?

Considering the current hot market your best price may well be now. As far as the bridge…. even though SDOT is doing their best to delay-above and beyond the cement truck drivers’ strike it’s (theoretically) not that far off from reopening. Don’t think many people will be hesitant to buy here.
