I tried out X-Gym once and just didn’t like there training methods. An appointment is only 20 minutes but it is intense training. There is no building you up and starting slowly; she made lift ridculous weights for my first time there. I couldn’t believe it. I just thought it was totally unrealistic. I would rather go to a conventional gym with wonderful personal training who does wonders!
