Where can I find anesthesia free teeth cleaning services for dogs?

Is anyone aware of any places offering non-anesthetic teeth cleaning providers for dogs within or within 50 miles of Seattle – that don’t require a rabies shot? I have a senior dog that isn’t in a position to be anesthetized or receive a rabies shot. Willing to pay whatevs. If someone does this work on the side – I’d be happy to work with you. I have a sweet dog building up tartar. Lien requires rabies shot and All The Best has cancelled appts due to COVID.

The Wash Dog in White Center does teeth brushing not sure if that helps if your dog has a lot of build up.
