Harbor Properties bought the site, haven’t formally announced whether they are going to build apartments or lodging, but they indicated in our original report on this that they would continue to operate it as a motel for the time being – they were planning to focus first on Mural (the project they’re building in the old Petco lot), then on the project at 38th/Alaska (Huling shop and WS Montessori land), then on the motel site. This reminds me I haven’t checked with them lately, tho, will put that on the list — TR (WSB editor)
