jehapgoodMemberLovely 2008 townhome, just two blocks from the West Seattle Junction with its lively restaurants, shops, coffee houses, and grocery stores! Walk to everything and bus to work with many major bus routes to downtown Seattle stopping just a block from your front door. West facing townhome is on a tree-lined one-way residential street and includes a patio, large enough to entertain, with privacy screening. Three bedrooms, master bath with double sinks, large guest bath with shower and powder room on main floor. Master bedroom features California style closet and French doors out to a large covered balcony. Open and wide floor plan and west and south facing windows make this a very liveable home. Gas fireplace and radiant heat, limestone counters and subway tile in kitchen and bath, and beautiful Brazilian pearwood hardwood floors. Deluxe wood blinds on main floor and custom shades in bedrooms. Finally, a full size one car garage large enough for storing skis, bikes, and and other belongings. Plenty of street parking as well.
Rent $1,950/month. Available September 6, 2010 – Labor Day.
First and last month’s rent plus $500 damage deposit with no pets (with pets, damage deposit is $1,000). 1 year lease required.
Please email or call (206) 550-5281/(206) 979-9117 to schedule an appointment to see the home. It’s a great place in a wonderful location!

JanSParticipantand…how much are you asking for it? That might be helpful information :)

JanSParticipantSue…that post was removed from craigslist

SueParticipantVery curious, Jan! That ad had the same phone # as the OP here, which is how I found it. If I recall correctly, the price was around $1900 or so. More than I would pay, but the photos looked lovely.

jehapgoodMemberHello,
Sorry about omitting the pricing info – I pasted from Craig’s List and overlooked that it was part of their header, not the copy. As for why Craig’s List removed it, I’m really not sure! It was just removed and I have an email into them to learn why.
Anyway, yes, it’s a 3 bedroom and we’d like $1,950 for it. We’ve recently expanded the patio and did built ins in the closet. Feel free to post back if you’re interested.
Thanks,
Jenny
