Tilt limit?

Just checked the traffic cams. One is all gray and says, “Tilt limit.” What does that mean? Can anybody tell me? Thanks.

Cruiser, I thought it was about ice cream too! Note to Full Tilt: grassroots marketing/branding is on track with your customer base! KatherineL, I think that just means that the camera, remotely adjusted by DOT, was turned too far one direction. I noticed yesterday we had a lovely shot of blue sky for quite a while. Seems to be back on track now.

I thought it (the thread title) referred to how far one can tilt the pinball machine before it quit on you.

The city plays with the cameras sometime and you might get a weird pic like that. Later in the morning, I believe they adjusted the shot while the chase was under way between the Admiral/California bank robbery and downtown shooting (continuous coverage on home page) – TR
