Southgate Roller Rink has added Tues and Thurs sessions. 1-5 pm for $5 – and that includes a brand new skate rental, if needed. There are a number of video games and snack bar (with slushy machine).

The rink is a large blue building on 17th Ave SW, 1/2 block south of Roxbury. Ample parking in neighboring lots.
I have seen fairly little rental skates out there on the floor. I would call them and ask. They are super nice and it is a family run place. I think it is great that they are adding a family session in the afternoons. :-)
