Seattle, WA 98136Growing West Seattle business is seeking a highly organized and pro-active person to help us take our business to the next level. The right candidate is self-motivated, timely and able to communicate with diverse individuals in a professional and warm manner. The work is part-time, 15-25 hours a week during business hours Monday through Friday. A typical day consists of activities such as contacting customers, facilitating scheduling, preparing work orders, and ensuring invoices are submitted and paid.
Surface Experts is an eco-solution company striving to keep things out of landfills by repairing instead of replacing building components. An ideal candidate has some familiarity with property, moving, hospitality and/or construction industry or eager to learn. The candidate will be joining two other FT staff. The business is expected to grow by another 1-2 in the next year.

• Coordinate scheduling for efficiency and best use of resources.
• Handles customer service inquiries and communication.
• Tracks invoices, payments, and accounts receivable.
• Submitting work orders
• Electronic filing and organizing of records, and documents.
• Managing and reporting on company data.
• Providing weekly reports.Required Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience as an office assistant or similar field.
• Proactive and motivated.
• Highly organized.
• Friendly, service-oriented personality.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license.Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
• General working knowledge of property, moving, hospitality and/or construction industry.
