For anyone who has been waiting to find out their assignment after the optional enrollment period, you can check your child’s status at the following link: http://district.seattleschools.org/modules/cms/pages.phtml?sessionid=c3028c3cddfcaa836ef3b33d3563a8f1&pageid=172239&sessionid=c3028c3cddfcaa836ef3b33d3563a8f1

You need to have your child’s student ID from their initial assignment letter, but you can now check the status if you applied for a different school.

Uuugh!!! I have been (im)patiently awaiting this info!! BUT it’s my kidos 1st year and I don’t have a student ID yet. Dang it all! Well, back to waiting. :)

Did you get an intial placement before the optional enrollment period? If so, there is a student ID on that letter. They were supposed to mail the letters today as well, so hopefully you will hear soon!
