Red Light Camera at Harbor Ave/Spokane Street?

I noticed wiring and an antenna looking thing as I drove down 30th Street SW this morning, it’s on the pole containing (I think) a light and the button for the cross walk. If you’re coming from the bridge, it’s on your right as you turn onto Alki. Anyone know what it’s for? Are they installing a red light camera? A traffic camera?

No other red-light cameras were on the docket for West Seattle beyond the ones already installed at 35th/Thistle and 35th/Avalon. But I’ll check with SDOT.
