Looking for salon that does an excellent job
with eyebrows. Have had one recommendation for
“Head to Toe” They are a bit pricey at $400.
Any others? Set on quality and safety not cost.

As an interested third party, I approve of the job my wife had done on her eyebrows at Head to Toe.
I love Virginia Rain’s work. She did both my and my mother’s eyeliner a few years ago and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to her for my brows. I didn’t look at her prices but here is her website.
