Production company looking for a house on the market (or getting ready to go on the market) to make over for a national cable home design show.

Here is a bit of what we are looking for:

-House currently on the market for sale OR will be on the market by Spring 2013 (cannot be a short sale or foreclosure)

-Couple or family of any makeup – siblings, parents with kids, gay, straight, etc. A family with great energy and personality!

-Home MUST be furnished and the owners must be living in it!

-Home MUST be challenged in a cosmetic way and in desperate need of updating – paint, fixtures, bathroom, kitchen, lighting, decor – we will tackle 3 or 4 rooms in the house

-Home should be no larger than 3,500 sq. ft

-Homeowners should be between the ages of 25- 65 years old

This home makeover would be FREE to the sellers of the home, and the value of the makeover runs in the 30K-40K range! (Homes that have been featured on the show in the past have received things such as new kitchens, floors, paint, furnishings & window treatments). This is an amazing opportunity for someone who doesn’t have the cash to invest in fixing up their place for sale. Plus, they’ll get to be on a TV show!

Requirements for consideration include digital pictures of the INTERIOR of the home — bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, etc. Or simply send us the listing that includes the photos. Also the network requires video and/or photos of the sellers!
