PangolinPieParticipantWe’ve been there several times now and the food’s really good. I just want people to know about it since there are so few places in WC with food this good and a relaxing atmosphere. Ye, there’s always the occasional drunk from the bar next door or less-than-discreet drug deal out front, but honestly, I don’t care as long as the food and service remain as good as they are. Please go check ’em out so they stay in business! :)
If you don’t believe me, take a look at some of the photos of the food that people have posted on Yelp:

(I’m not at all affiliated with them, just want the area to keep getting better.)

SueParticipantYou’re the second person I’ve heard mention this place this week, and I’d never even heard of it. Definitely going to have to check it out. Maybe we can meet up there one of these days.

R0b0ParticipantOh boy those pig wings are delicious! The sauce is so addicting. I think everything is house made, including the fries. Guess it’s a good thing the prices are a little high or I’d be there all the time

JanSParticipantI thought I recognized the address. It’s the spot where the original WC Meanders was located. Nice looking interior…glad they did some work on it…so much potential in there. Will have to give it a try one of these days. The Yelp reviews are very positive…yum

SunuvaParticipantWe’ve been there a couple times and agree it is quite good. It’s under the same ownership as the Tin Hat in Ballard and Jules Maes in Georgetown. We are fans of the other establishments as well but can rarely go since they don’t allow children. The great news is that the Noble Barton is kid-friendly!

LindseyParticipantI also have to throw in a rave for Noble Barton. Went there last night with husband and toddler in tow. It is truly kid friendly in every sense. They have a good kids’ menu, crayons and puzzles and books, and great kid-containing booths in the family area. It’s kid friendly for families AND for people who don’t want to be around kids. There’s a section in the back for only 21+ so I don’t need to worry that my kid is annoying anyone else who just wanted to have a cocktail in silence. (I feel you, silent cocktail enjoyer, I do.) When my little guy was in the car he was pretty sure we were going to Zippy’s, so he kept shouting “YAY CHEESEBURGERS” in the car. When we realized they didn’t have a kid burger, the server offered to make him just a plain burger – AWESOME! The thing was the size of my kid’s face and he absolutely loved it. We loved the great service. And that’s nothing to say of the wonderful food! We took long to order because it all looked so good. Can’t wait to go back.
